Privacy notice

This notice explains how Koshio handles the details you send through the contact form on this website, and the cookies the site uses to measure visits.

Last updated 15 October 2026

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, and your message. We collect nothing else through the form.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough. We don’t sell them, share them for other companies’ marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who handles it

Your enquiry is emailed to Koshio’s sales team, who read and answer it. Google Workspace delivers and stores our email, and Vercel hosts this website and passes the form to our email when you send it. The website itself does not store your details.

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and campaigns bring people here.

It sets cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_…) and sends Google the pages you view, the site or campaign that referred you, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We don’t use them to show you personalised ads, and the details you type into the contact form are never sent to Google.

Google processes this data on its own servers, which may be outside India. We keep Google Analytics data about individual visits for two months.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser’s settings; the site works the same without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for up to 12 months after our last conversation, then delete it. If you become a customer, your agreement with us sets how long we keep business contact details.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email sales@koshio.in and we’ll act on your request.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
