koshio collects only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. Your Tally ledger data is processed locally on your premises and is never transmitted to or stored on koshio servers.

We collect account registration details (email, name), usage analytics (features used, session duration), and technical metadata (browser, OS) for service improvement. When enabled, Google Analytics 4 records aggregate page and product event analytics without sending prompts, messages, Tally company names, ledger names, report names, connector identifiers, dashboard identifiers, user IDs, emails, or raw error text. When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics records basic page views and Speed Insights records Core Web Vitals from redacted page URLs for comparison, without Vercel custom events and without sending prompts, messages, Tally company names, ledger names, report names, connector identifiers, dashboard identifiers, user IDs, emails, or raw error text.

2. How We Use Your Information

Registration data is used to authenticate your account and provide support. Usage analytics help us improve the product. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

All connections use TLS 1.3 encryption. The koshio agent runs on your local network alongside TallyPrime. AI queries are processed through encrypted channels, and responses are not stored beyond your active session.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@koshio.in. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
