koshio collects only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. Your Tally ledger data is processed locally on your premises and is never transmitted to or stored on koshio servers.
We collect account registration details (email, name), usage analytics (features used, session duration), and technical metadata (browser, OS) for service improvement.
Registration data is used to authenticate your account and provide support. Usage analytics help us improve the product. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All connections use TLS 1.3 encryption. The koshio agent runs on your local network alongside TallyPrime. AI queries are processed through encrypted channels, and responses are not stored beyond your active session.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@koshio.in. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
